Caesar Sandwich

3/4 lb. cooked roast pork, thinly sliced |
3 c. romaine lettuce, chopped |
1/2 c. Caesar salad dressing |
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated |
1 (8 in.) focaccia bread, round |
Directions:
1. Toss lettuce with dressing and cheese, set aside.
2. Slice focaccia horizontally; cut into 4 wedges. Layer pork and then lettuce on focaccia bottoms. Place focaccia tops over lettuce.
