Ingredients
1/2 c. frozen tart cherries, pitted
1/2 c. 1% low fat milk
1/4 c. plain lowfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. fresh blueberries
1 Tbsp. cherry juice concentrate
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
8 ice cubes
1 Tbsp. slivered toasted almonds
1 Tbsp. chopped dried tart cherries
sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses.

2. Garnish with almonds and dried cherries. Serve immediately.
