Gracie's Cocoa Delight (Gluten-Free)

2 c. ice cream |
3/4 c. milk |
4 tsp. sugar |
2 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa unsweetened |
(plus a little more for sprinkling) |
whipped cream for topping (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine ice cream, milk, sugar, and cocoa.
2. Put in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add whipped cream and sprinkle cocoa. (Optional)
