Wisconsin Cottage Blue Chip Dip

1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) cream-style small curd cottage cheese |
1/3 c. (2 oz.) crumbled blue cheese |
1/8 tsp. pepper |
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce |
2 tsp. finely chopped onion |
3 Tbsp. cream |
paprika, for coloring |
Directions:
1. Beat the cottage cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well. (More cream may be added for a thinner dip.) Serve chilled, with vegetables or crackers.
