Cherry Berry Smoothie

1/2 c. frozen tart cherries, pitted |
1/2 c. 1% low fat milk |
1/4 c. plain lowfat yogurt |
2 Tbsp. fresh blueberries |
1 Tbsp. cherry juice concentrate |
1 Tbsp. honey |
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract |
8 ice cubes |
1 Tbsp. slivered toasted almonds |
1 Tbsp. chopped dried tart cherries |
sprinkle of cinnamon (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses.
2. Garnish with almonds and dried cherries. Serve immediately.
